New tires

It is time for me replace the stock 195
45 16r Continental tires I got roughly
35to 40,000 miles out of them
I would like to go to a taller tire to
give it a better drive wanting to go to
a 195 50 r16 has any one done this?
Or will I have rubbing issues?
