2015 Jeep Latitude-No A/C or heat blowing in cabin vents

Neither cold nor hot air are blowing from the cabin
vents of my 2015 Jeep Latitude.  Both hot and
cold blow under the windshield when in defrost
mode and down to the floorboard when in a/c or
circulation mode...I’ve only had the vehicle less
than 3 years and have less than 40k miles in it...
replaced the a/c filter... looking at fuses right now...
wondering if I could have accidentally knower any
of the a/c wiring out of place under the glovebox,
as we were a bit overpacked coming home from
vacation last weekend... any thoughts would be
helpful to this grandma (who just had to pay $300
to drop a new battery in this car on Friday )... thx

We had similar problem and dealership reprogrammed SOFTWARE and eventually made lower and face vents open again
