Antifreeze won't release in 2015 Jeep Latitiude

Wipers work, antifreeze is topped off under the
hood, but when I go to release the antifreeze,
nothing comes out. Getting dangerous in this awful
Pittsburgh weather. Help!

Given the current temperatures, the lines to the wipers may be frozen even though you have antifreeze wiper solution.
