2015 Jeep Grand cherokee

While driving I have never seen the discharge air temp below 52 degrees. I feel the refrigerant is a little low. I have had Fords in the past and temp was always in the mid to low 40's.  At an idle the clutch does drop out every 15-20 seconds. I hate to take it in because if they don't put the right guy on it he'll mess it up.

Checking ac temp is normally do at the center dash vents with the windows up, fan on high and set to recirculation for actuate temp check.
