I just got a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And it say
to use E85. Can I use E87 gas ?

There is no E87 gasoline. Probably what you see is E10 87 octane. Your engine can use straight gas, E85, E10 and E15. Your best fuel economy with be with E10 or 100% gasoline.

You can also run any mix of the gas grades you want as the computer will compensate. See what the fuel economy is on E85 and do the math to see if it is more or less expensive per mile. My guess it that it is not cheap to run even if the price per gallon is cheap.
