Not uncommon with Audi's. I hope you don't mean it runs rough until you add oil. If this is the case you are ruining your engine. Have a mechanic check it out and be sure the PCV is working properly.
Thx...it runs fine all the time...”add oil” light just comes on...goes off when I add oil...annoying more than anything else...always have to have oil with me.
My Audi needs oil every 500 miles...I add some oil and it runs fine...any thoughts?

I purchased my 2009 Audi A6 Turbo Avant in October, 2009. I currently have 40,000 miles on the car and have had to 1 quart of oil to the car at least 4-5 times since I owned the car. Is this normal?

Hi I have an Aud a6 Sline tdi 2.0 on turning the key it says ignition on and aloud buzzing noise sounds which doesn't stop when turning again it sounds like it's trying to start but fails to do so

Audi a6 1.9 dont want to start,when driving wasted gas and off and and then not start.And then start only if pushes.Then it can start and drive normally up to two weeks.
