The screen for radio etc on my cadillac srx 2015 has frozen how do I reset it

The crt screen froze  and won't  go to the home screen when the engine is running.  It goes there when the engine is off but does not respond to touch at all.  how do I reset it.

I would pull the radio fuse for a few minutes and see if that resets it.

Forget trying to fix on your own, its the Cue system and will need to be replaced. Mine did same thing froze up all the time would not let me change stations and there was this incessant beeping...Cue screen is faulty...make sure you tell them you know about the issues with the system and you demand special circumstance for the repair...this should be a recall but as per usual GM isn't budging...also as an FYI if your 2015 has a sunroof, make sure the drain tubes are cleaned at every oil change, they are the source of many issues as well (design flaw) and water damage/electronic module failure (specifically rear lift gate and sunroof motor) is not covered by their Total Plus extended warranty..
