You messed up when you disconnected main power from the vehicle. There is a possibility that the security system went full active mode and those instructions are in the owners manual on how to reset the system. However, there is a much higher chance that you lost the programming in the BCM, and if that is the case then you're stuck with the dealer to reprogram it to match the vehicles VIN and that accessories brought back online internally. Note never disconnect main power without using a memory saver tool. Most parts stores have them.
