I have 15 GT w/performance pck. I want to run 19x8.5 winter wheels on all 4 corners. The speedo will be slightly off. Will retune have to be done so ABS/traction control won't freak out?

What size are your normal tires? If you change the wheels and tires you should also think about TPMS sensors, Since the winter wheels are all the same size, your ABS/traction control will not be a issue. As far as the speedo goes it should not be out enough to worry too much about.
