2015 Passat. Car starts, radio plays for 30sec or so, then display shows "MY NUMBER" logging time used but does nothing else. Radio wont play. Happens even when iphone is NOT in car. Help

Dealer has never heard of this problem, altho willing to help....at my next stop at the dealership...which is in 7,000 miles.

Thx for your response But....it doesn't happen each time I start the car!!! Often 3 x in a row then not for 5x, then happens all over again. In order to get OUT of it, I have to stop driving, dial anyone's phone number hit send and then the display says "call failed". I hit OK and then the call DOES connect. I quickly hit cancel and then....the radio comes back on. Same every time!!! Any other ideas...HELP

Sorry, NO, car is almost 2 yrs old, only 9,000 miles and never had a battery problem, never been "dead"
