Adding OEM cruise control to a 2015 Transit

I would like to add OEM cruise control to a 2015 Transit Connect XL van that
came without it. I already acquired a new steering wheel with the cruise
control buttons. What else do I need to add or change? I have read that this
was done on a Ford  Focus with a new steering wheel and reprogramming
the BCM for yes on the cruise control option.

According to our dealership.. the OEM option is not available for the cargo version Transit Connect. However they went on to say that they would able to install this system for less than $800.00. (image) This begs the question. At some point in this cruses control system if it fails, will this be covered under our "Life Time" warranty?.. We haven't been convinced to have this system installed as of yet. and I agree with you on wanting a factory cruse control installed.
