Random cylinder misfire code

2015 Ford fusion
I just changed my coil packs and plugs and am
getting the code for random cylider misfire.
My question is can a clogged exhaust cause these
random misfire. And how do I fix it?

    No engine light on, engine has a misfire. Changed oil, plugs and coils. Mechanic said fuel pressure and all is good. Any other ideas? Reading maybe it’s the computer??
