Asked by Bigtoe Apr 23, 2015 at 01:37 AM about the 2015 Ford Fusion SE

Question type: General

We have had Our 2015 Ford Fusion for 2 1/2 weeks. Today we saw the moon roof was
open as well as all 4 window s & doors were unlocked. We called our service dept & they
said that has happened before. They told us Hitting the key fob twice  on unlock makes it
happen. We tried to see if it did it again &  it did not.  Is this normal??
Is this true?  That seems very strange & anyone could get in our car ??  Thank you for
any help

On the fob, if you hold down the unlock, the windows will all open. If you hold down the lock they will all rollup... 2013 fusion energi owner
