It sound like the blower motor. If it doesnt blow heat on hot or cold bad blower motor but I would check fuse for that first.
I replaced my blower motor. You can also (tap) bang on it with a hammer to see if it's going out or a faulty connection. It's the lowest point hanging under the passenger side dash. There is a wiring harness (can't remember what they called it) that can be replaced, but mine just ended up being the blower motor. Tapping it with a hammer limped it along for 6 months.
