I have a 2016 Ford Fusion they say that the air condition isn't working what is the problem isn't it covered under my warranty and my extended warranty

I have a 2012 Ford Fusion and am having similar issues. We turn the AC on and it doesn’t blow cold air but sporadically it will blow ice cold air. We were told the AC is not covered under its warranty

don't forget the ambient temp sensor if below 34f will kill compressor

p.s. bad sensor will read -38f
