I have a ford escape V6. both fans are not working. I have checked the fuses and the four relays and they are all good. What coulbe the problem

2. all four fan relays are good.

4. Cables are not broken

Have you directly hooked up fans to 12v? Do the motors work? If they do, suspect the coolant temperature sensor and/or circuit.
