buyer confirmation step error in secure purchase process

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Buyer is trying to complete confirmation step but is getting an error when
trying to input her last name. The invite form I filled out did not include a form
field for last name (only first name) which may be causing the error. Can you
help?
