Radio station won't change/clock time stuck

What cause my 2015 Kia Sportage radio to stay stuck on one station, can't
turn up or down and when I turn the SUV off and take key out the radio station
still remains on the dash but with no sound when car is off?  Also I noticed the
clock stop working when I can't change the radio station nor will volume turn
up or down???

The radio is fried. It is a computer issue inside the radio. Most likely an ic chip problem

The display for my radio is not on, and radio not working. Not sure why. Changed fuse, and was not blown
