Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2001 Escape 3.0L takes a while to start.  Once it's started it runs fine.  Just replaced the fuel pump, still doing it.  Does not have any misfires or engine light on.  ECM?  IAC?  Can smell fuel after a few cranks.

Changed the fuel filter when I changed the pump.

Fuel pump has a deep moan now but it had the usual new pump whine when I installed it. Still takes a while to start it(15-20mins).
