Is it normal for a 2015 challenger srt hood to be up to 1/2" lower that finders?

Hail damage on 2015 Challenger SRT, body shop had to order new OEM hood. Front and back of new hood is level with finders but the middle of hood along both fenders is up to 1/2 inch below the fenders. Body shop ordered a second OEM hood from Dodge dealer and was just as bad. Third hood on order now. Can't believe OEM hoods from Dodge are this bad, or is it normal.

No, not normal. These will bigger, click on it. Hard to find right perspective like your pic.
