2015 Jetta TDI SEL Won't Turn Over

Hello,

When I get into my Jetta TDI SEL in the morning I go to hit the start button
and nothing lights up or anything. I mash the button for sometimes between
30-120 seconds then it will finally light up and start. No check engine light or
anything. Just replaced the battery about a month ago. Horn works
intermittently as well if it is any consolation. I am thinking its a relay but I
really have no idea. All help is welcome.

Would that have anything to do with the horn not working from time to time? Sometimes when I lock it, the doors will lock but the horn won't honk. Other times it sounds like a very muffled sounding horn. Also when I leave for work I have no issues whatsoever with the start button. It only acts up in the mornings.
