In- line 4 cylinder engine. All 4 cylinders in a row As opposed to a V6, a 'V' configuration

Some unsolicited advice: If you are considering that 2015 Tacoma, avoid the 2.4L I4 and go with the 4.0 - V6, the 2.4L puts out 159HP and only 180 ft/lbs torque and the V6 236HP and 266 torque
