2015 corolla L Want to add some Aftermarket blue HIDs. What will i need to make this happen

Depending on where you live and the regulations, blue tinted HID lights may be illegal. It would be a shame to buy them, install them and then be cited for using them and have to remove them. I wouldn't do it, but it's your car....

I agree with Bob, they are illegal for good reason, from irritating other drivers to outright blinding them. Also, just like he said, you will eventually get a ticket. May I ask why you want to do this? They don't look 'cool' they look stupid, like "Look at me. I have blue HID lights" And it will void your waranty on a 2015 for part or all of electrical systems
