turn key, all dash lights ok, good power, starter will not engage

Anti theft engaged? Any blinking red lights on dash? Battery management on new vehicles are so complex these days I hate to suggest anything. Try a jump pack/jump start too, it takes a lot more power to crank a motor than to just turn on dash lights.
