Coolant reservoir

In need of help  for some reason my coolant
reservoir is empty and having to fill it with coolant
every 1 to 2 weeks but theres no leaks and at times
when I stop at a stoplight my heat turns to cool but
when i start back up it works fine and it's on a 2015
f-150

Sounds like a low coolant level. While the vehicle's running keep adding coolant until it stops pulling from the reservoir.
