i want to start modifying my 2015 evo to at least 400whp and right now everything is stock and was trying to get some mod pointers is there anyone who could give me some suggestions?

Wait until the warranty period is over! Check the EVO forums and start saving up for a new motor, I doubt you will get very many miles on your engine if you ever use that HP.
