In the Vehicle Settings Screen the Driver Assist (Forward Collision Warning settings) are greyed out. Non selectable. Is this normal for an Accord EXL 6 cyl 2015?

The techinfo document you sent says that the FCW should be selectable. It is NOT on my car.
Page 17 on above link. Press SETTINGS. Use the interface dial to make and enter selections. 2) Select vehicle settings 3) Select Forward Collision Warning Distance. 4) Select Long, Normal, Short or OFF. 5) press BACK to exit menu. This button is right in the middle above shifter
Just passing along what I found from Honda manual
I agree that's what the manual says. It is NOT selectable on my car.
http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/QS/AH/A2A15B1QS/enu/A2A15B1QS.pdf is a little different, for the Accord EX-L without navigation, the control is in different place
http://owners.honda.com/vehicles/information/2015/Accord-Sedan/manuals ..there are four options for manual for the EX-L Accord, I looked at every one, Sedan w/nav, Sedan w/o nav... Coupe w/nav and Coupe w/o nav, and they all give the same answer I posted. So as to your original question, I would say No, not normal for it to be grayed out
What does it mean when vehicle settings is displayed
Why does it say Vehicle settings on my system message. Honda Accord 2017

Greetings! 2015 Accord EX-L Coupe, V-6, manual. I am having the same issue. Display on the speedo: FCW System FAIL. LDW and FCW warning lights on. I went throught the manual (non-Navi), and in VEHICLE SETTINGS, the Driver Assist Systems Setup that the manual says is there, isn't there. Not greyed out, just not there. Since I don't need those features, I just want to turn therm off and drive. Many Thanks SonOfThomp
