Have there been reports about the 2015 Honda Accord Coupes, where the heater only heats on the highest temperature?

Is the fan running on high only? If so the heater blower motor resistor needs replacing.

The fan is running on all levels. It's more like when I press the button to, say, 75 degrees, only cool air blows (no matter the fan level). If the temperature is set at 80 degrees, cool air. It's not until the temperature is on high. The A/C is turned off too.

Your car is probably under warranty so take it to a Honda dealer. My guess is it might be an electronic temperature control gone bad.
