WHERE IS THE HEATER BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL BREAKER

THE BLOWER A/C AND HEATER WONT RUN   I TOOK THE MOTOR OUT AND HOOKED IT UP TO A BATTERY AND IT RAN FINE.

did it work at one speed? did you check for power to the motor before you took it out?
