the radio in my 2015 nissan rogue frequently will change stations for no reason

Should be covered under warranty. Bring it to the dealer and have them change out the radio.

The car is brand new and should be covered under your warranty. I would take it back to the dealer and have them look it over. The radio should not change stations on its own..
