what does ! mean on the left side of the odometer
Do you have a picture? There are only 2 with an "!". One is the low tire pressure warning. It is yellow and has what looks like a flat tire with a "!" and the other has a steering wheel with a "!". The steering wheel ! means that the power steering is not working. You should notice it will be very hard to turn the car. The fluid could be low, pump going out, or a belt is fallen off.
You might consider checking the Owner's Manual for a complete description/meaning of All warning lights.
Tony: I have tried looking up things in Toyota's myriad manuals, both print and saved to my computer (PDF files) and searched online, but, have found nothing, no matter what permutation of spellings and word(s) I use. For example, in my 2018 Camry, a "keyless battery low" indicator appeared, yet, I cannot find a thing about it in ANY manual or online search (for the record, the 3-volt CR2032 battery registered 2.85v, which, IMnsHO, is not all that low, but, I changed it to a new one, reading 3.5v, just to be on the safe side). The phonebooks are worthless when you can't find what you're looking for, much less know what the manual writers were thinking (e.g., "How about changing 'hood' to 'engine lid'? THAT'LL bring them running in for a $100 service fee!"). ;)
