Harmonic ringing sound

I have a new Honda Civic coupe and added honda mag  wheels from the
factory. It has about 5000 miles on it now. I am experiencing a harmonic
resonating sound that is driving me nuts. It sounds just like when you rub
your finger around a wine glass that sets up a harmonic tremor. It seams to
change dramatically with road condition. On a smooth road it is hardly
noticeable. But on a pebbly road its ringing like mad. And it not road noise.
Anyone have any ideas how to stop the mading sound.
