Tire womp womp sound

So I just got back from a 5 week trip and the car was fine before I left. When I
started driving it I heard and felt a metallic womp womp sound coming from
one of the back tires. The tires are inflated and don't seem to have anything on
them.  Not sure if this could be rust because it was sitting out in the rain.  

I have a 2017 Honda Civic
