I have recently bought a second
hand(50000km) honda civic 2015. the
number for fuel consumption shown on car
screen is more than 12L/l00km .is it normal?

That is roughly 20 mpg. City driving could be that low. Is the check engine light on?

I have the same issue. I bought 2015 Honda Civic (45000 Km’s). It use to be around 9L/100km. But now it’s showing 14L/100 Km. And the RPM goes higher than it use to when I accelerate. Did you get any good answer?
