Follow up question to 2015 Honda civic oil situation

Manager has now told me it was 0W20 in my car- how can I find out the truth .
This contradicts first person who looked up my file.

The truth is you are not locked into one oil weight. Look in your owners manual and see what Honda specifies. Use that.
