Radio does not work after battery change

I had the battery and alternator changed on my 2015 Honda CRV and my radio

won’t come back up! I tried unplugging the battery and replugging after a

couple of minutes and then put the ignition on and hold the power button of

the radio and nothing happens. The radio screen is asking for a NIP and I

called my dealer and they tell me that the 2015 CRVdoesnot have a radio

code. HELP PLEASE

Find the web site for honda radio codes , enter your vin and get the code . Obviously you can't rely on people to do their job . That's what I think

Presently, i live in Nigeria, a country in West Africa. Not quite long i orderd 4 Honda CRV 2009 Model 4rum the US. And on its arrival here in my country, i had to send my younger brother 2 bring it 2 my residence which is about 48 hours journey 4rum the clearing or sea port 2 my town. But unknowingly to me, how roughly he must hav used or drove the car while bringing it. Thus, on the following day, the car couldn't start again as a result of battery down, so i had 2 change d battery. But after doing dat, i found out dat the radio culdnt work again and is requesting 4 radio code.
