Did it right-hand-drive 64 Impala ever exist? If so under
what name was it sold as? And where was it sold? And
what Dash configuration did they use?

Chevrolet certainly did manufacture 1964 right hand drive Chevrolet Impalas and these 1964 RHD Impalas where exported from the United States to many foreign countries including Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand, South Africa, Indonesia, India, Japan and more. In the case of Australia. RHD 1964 Impala Sport Sedans (4 door pillarless hardtops) and 6 passenger 1964 RHD Impala station wagons were imported into Australia. These cars were high end luxury cars in Australia.
The dash used in export RHD 1964 Impalas was the Chevrolet RHD export dash which was similar to the 1961 LHD Pontiac dash but not identical. This export RHD dash was used in 1961, 1962, 1963 and 1964 RHD Chevrolet’s. RHD Chevrolets were sold as Chevrolet. The only difference was the fact that steering wheel was located on the right hand side.

Firstly. There is no such thing as a "67 Impala after market instrument cluster"? Secondly, All RHD 1965 through to 1968 Export RHD Chevrolets and Pontiacs used the same instrument housing. This housing was made of plastic that has been chrome plated. The housing holds the cars speedo, electric clock and various warning lights. So, this housing can come from any export RHD 1965 to 1968 Chevrolet or Pontiac

The Chevrolet ‘apparently photographed’ in the Maldives, is not of RHD 1964 Chevrolet. The Chevrolet in the photo is either a 1969 or 1970 Chevrolet Impala Sport Sedan. I am not an expert on 1969 or 1970 Chevrolets, but generally speaking 1970 was the final year for export RHD Chevrolet.

I believe you will find that this Chevrolet is an Export RHD 1970 Chevrolet Impala Sport Sedan. 1970 being the last year that General Motors built Export RHD Impalas. But it also could have been converted to RHD. The badge on the side should '327' and not "372"
