If it still blows at least a little cold air indicates the system is mostly intact and running. That's a good thing. Now you just need a partial recharge to bring it up to speed. A totally empty system would take two 14 ounce cans of R134 ("Freon"). So you can top it up with maybe one can as you check the pressure. A truck that new usually doesn't have leaks unless there is stone damage up front on the condenser.
