Fuel pump 2001 expedition 5.4

Im about to replace the fuel pump and have no
idea which one i need. In tank or exterior and what
manufacturer is the best to buy. And i should
replace fuel filter at same time im reading?
Anything else? it has 299000 miles and want it to
last

I have an o4 expedition 5.4 litre does it have an access panel behind the passenger seat
