Whining noise while in drive and acceleration what causes that

My car has aloud whining noise when in drive
accelerate

I would guess the noise is coming from the CVT.

My 2015 Sentra has been whining and occasionally while vibrate hard while shifting. I took it to the dealer today and they said my transmission needs replaced.

I was Told that too, i got a second opinion and i ended Up needing my Mass Air Flow Sensor replaced. It fixed the acceleration problem but not the noise ! Hope this helps
