It's a big hit. Not only does it scream "potential severe-enough damage previous owner relinquished vehicle to insurance provider or lender," but it also tells potential buyers they are going to go through the hassle of having it inspected for registration and stolen parts. Oh, and their insurance rates are likely to be higher for that title classification - so it's a big turn-off for most buyers except the bargain hunters. All you can do is ask for the blue book value and adjust downward until it finally sells, and provide as much documentation as you can the extent of the repairs, so give yourself some extra time to sell it.

Thank you for your answer and time. although all the inspections are done on this car and it has the rebuilt title certified, it is in great conditions, smelling new.

It's like that with Salvage titles too, can be nothing more than an abandoned or seized car by the police, with absolutely nothing wrong with it, but having it noted as "salvage" takes a big hit on the value.
