How do we price a car with no NMVTIS record?

Having a problem pricing this car. It has a clean CarFax, clean AutoCheck, no
history of accidents. It's basically a new car that was rolled back so there is no
history of a new registration thus no NMVTIS record.Vin #
3N1AB8CV8LY203638. It has 244 miles on it. How can we bypass the warnings
we are receiving trying to price this car?
