2016 Dodge Charger Starting issue

The problem began a few weeks ago when I went to turn my car on but all it did was make a clicking sound and the radio delayed on turning on. So I figured it was a bad battery because I hadn't changed the battery since I purchased the vehicle used back in 2018. I then took the battery to get it tested came back good and that was at 2 different places tested to be sure. So I put it back in cranked the car and it didn't start so I jumped it and it turned on. long story short ended up buying new battery anyways and still having same problem when starting it. Any advice would be great, thanks in advance
