Captiva vs Sienna

Get rid of the chevy. I owned a captiva that used a quart of oil each 1500 miles. Car was under warranty and an oil consumption test was done. Apparently a newer chevy using 3 quarts of oil between changes is acceptable. Well not for me. The piece of shit went down the road. I own chevys with over 200,000 miles and no oil usage issues. It has to do with build quality. Chevy has lost it. Captiva have a south Korean motor and the clearance between the rings and cylinder walls is incorrect. GET RID OF THE CHEVY. IT IS GARBAGE.
I agree. Get rid of the Chevy and keep the Toyota. We own a 2012 Captiva with only 55k miles on it and have been told we need a new engine. "Complete Engine Failure" at 55k miles? JUNK
I agree with keeping the Sienna. I regret selling my virtually issue free 1999 Toyota Sienna and purchasing a 2014 (Crap)tiva, which has been riddled with issues from key stuck in ignition to vibrating violently if you roll windows down on the freeway. It's a rattling piece of junk!
