AND, what do you think?? There's some really good modern turbo engines on the market today... Most are either 2.5 or 3.0 turbos... I. I'm sorry to say, but, the Fiat models don't have the best track record turbo or naturally aspirated.

Pros, a more powerful responsive engine. Fun factor increased due to more power. Cons, more parts to need expensive repairs and more frequent service required. I you are considering a Fiat you need to do some research and know that Fiat is usually at the bottom of the reliability ratings. And besides, Fiat stand for "Fix It Again Tony". I personally would NEVER consider a Fiat.

You would be better off with a "turbo diesel", see this video below, https://youtu.be/kpZQPN9ONu0

By the way....not all car manufacturers have screwed up the diesel industry like VW.... they have given diesel a bad reputation, but there's a lot of other good ones on the market....

You need premium gas and you need to cool down the turbo before shutting the engine off. Turbo lag used to be a problem but that has been largely solved.

VW not the only one cheating on emissions, read the news.. power, emissions, economy = pick any 2,cant have them all ..turbos make more power out of a smaller motor, they are not trouble free.
