2016 Mazda cold air intake problems

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Buying a used 2016 mazda 6 from a dealership. The previous owner installed
an injen cold air intake. During the test drive I didn't noticed any idling
problems and it handled well. I'm worried he installed something else
internally that could take affect after the purchase. Also the brake fluid was
low so I have reason to suspect a leak or something. I don't know cars very
well and any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated!

A cold air intake will have no long-term effect and other than an engine tune, I can't imagine what else could be incorporated. You'll never really know if it was tuned, but I highly doubt it would be detrimental in any way. Brake fluid being low doesn't necessarily mean there is a leak, it may have been serviced and filled low or in some cars, the system vented when the fluid became too hot.
