what is warranty length on Ford Fusion Energi lithion-ion battery

There is NO warranty else than if it stop working (0KW) they might change it. mine has 2 year, 30000 miles the degradation is over 20% close to 30%, i mean that I could use 6kw when new and now I can use 4.3kw, less ev range and still Ford do not cover any degradation. The tech stated that Ford consider the battery ok even if you have a range of 0 miles on ev mode. If I had known this, I would have bought someting else
