is there a way to determine if the vehicle was sold to me as a new vehicle by the dealership or used as the NCMVR1 lists the CX-5 as used as does the bank loan

The lender base the contract of the loan off the paperwork submitted by the dealer. So refer back to that. They should have given you copies of everything. Look for the bill of sale or title application or contract. Far as the warranty that should have shown up on the history. Let me know what you find out
