My purse is upstairs with the keys. I need something from the car parked in my garage. Do I have to go upstairs to get the keys to open the doors?

yes or you get a 2nd fob hand it in the garage so u can unlock and lock it from inside the garage without the keys in hand

security and safety feature if it can be turned off there is a small dimple switch under the steering column by the obd 2 terminal try that
