I m on the process of buying car from private party but I cannot   fig rout what happens after I pay for the car ?

You need to make arrangements BEFORE sending any money. You should know when and where you will get the vehicle and title before sending any cash. There are many untrustworthy sellers that will try to part you from your cash.
